Kitchen Action



How to Prepare Tea/Subji/Rice/Dal/Chapati/Pilau Rice,
Noodles 

Preparation of Tea 
First of all.....>Decide "How many person will take Tea "
There are 7 person who will take tea ,After that ....Go to Kitchen ,After it take teapot, After this Pour 4 cup of water in to teapot,And then turn on gas,And light gas stove, After it put teapot on gas stove, Wait for worming water , After it add four spoon full sugar in water ,After that add one spoon full tea lief in water, After it take three cup of milk ,and pour in to teapot ,And the wait for boiling it , After  giving one or two  boiling ,turn off the gas stove , After that take off the tea pot from gas stove and strain the tea in to 7-cups and serve tea with snacks .

Preparation of Subji (Vegetable) 
First of all decide which vegetable want to prepare and how many persons are there for it .
After it go to kitchen ,take out vegetable as tomato ,potato ,
green chilly ,coriander lief , ginger ,After this wash them properly, After it put all vegetable in basket ,after this take a pot 
peel the potato ,And cut the potato in pieces ,After that Chop the tomato ,After that chop the chilly and coriander lief ,After it take the cooker ,After it turn the gas ,And light the gas stove ,Put cooker on gas stove ,After it take addable oil container, and take  serving spoon ,After it take one serving spoon oil ,And pour in to cooker ,And add one spoon cumin seed in oil, After it add  turmeric powder in oil, after add coriander powder in oil, After
pour chopped tomato in to cooker, After that add half bowl of water ,and wait for boiling it, and the pour chilly ,ginger and coriander lief ,And pour potato pieces in to cooker ,After that pour water according to vegetables .After it cover the cooker by it's lid After it give three or four pressure .When cooker give three or four whistle , then turn off the gas ,and then serve the 
Subji.

Preparation of Pilau Rice
First of all decide How much rice want to prepare and 
how many persons are there for it .
After it go to kitchen take out 1 serving bowl Rice ,and fill water into bowl for wetting rice for 20 to 30 minutes ,Take vegetable as tomato ,potato , green chilly ,coriander lief , ginger ,After this wash them properly, After it put all vegetable in basket ,after this take a pot, peel the potato ,And cut the potato in pieces ,After that Chop the tomato ,After that chop the chilly and coriander lief ,After it take the cooker ,After it turn the gas ,And light the gas stove ,Put cooker on gas stove ,After it take addable oil container, and take  serving spoon ,After it take one serving spoon oil ,And pour in to cooker ,And add one spoon cumin seed in oil, After it add  turmeric powder in oil, after add coriander powder in oil, After pour chopped tomato in to cooker, After that add half bowl of water ,and wait for boiling it, and the pour chilly ,ginger and coriander lief ,And pour potato pieces in to cooker ,After that pour water according to vegetables then take out rice from water and pour into cooker.After it cover the cooker by it's lid After it give three or four pressure .When cooker give three or four whistle , then turn off the gas ,and then serve the pilau .

Pecipe /Preparation of Dal(Pulses )
First of all decide How much Pulses want to prepare and 
which pulse would like to take ,how many persons are there for it .After it go to kitchen take out 1 serving bowl  (Malka Masoor-lentil Pulse) or (Arhar Dal-Pigeon Pea ),or (Urad Dal)and fill water into bowl for wetting for 20 to 30 minutes ,After it take the cooker ,After it turn the gas ,And light the gas stove ,Put cooker on gas stove , after  then take out Pulse from water and pour into cooker.And pour water according to pulse ,And add  turmeric powder, After it cover the cooker by it's lid After it give three or four pressure .When cooker give three or four whistle , then turn off the gas ,And take out Dal from cooker into Serving bowl  .
For Frying (Tadka)
Take out vegetable as tomato , green chilly ,coriander lief ,After this wash them properly, After it put all vegetable in basket ,after this take a pot, Peel Onion ,And cut the onion in pieces ,After that Chop the tomato ,After that chop the chilly and coriander lief ,After it take the frying pan ,Pour Addable oil or butter oil into frying pan ,After it  add one spoon cumin seed ,After it add red pepper chili powder according to taste,After this add the onion and roost onion ,after this pour tomato , chilly and coriander lief  pieces into frying pan and then add Dal into frying pan ,After frying Dal ,Serve to Family members.
